  4. Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  5. Confidentiality We respect the confidentiality of your business information and commit to protecting any proprietary or confidential information shared with us during the course of our work.
  6. Intellectual Property Any intellectual property created by Web Magic Agency during the project shall remain the property of the agency until full payment has been received. Upon payment, the rights to the created materials will be transferred to the client.
  7. Limitation of Liability Web Magic Agency is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
  8. Termination Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date will be due and payable.

  3. Client Approval All project deliverables will be subject to client approval. Any requested revisions or changes will be addressed within the scope of the project agreement. Additional fees may apply for substantial revisions beyond the original project scope.
  4. Data Protection Web Magic Agency is committed to protecting the privacy and security of client data. We comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations. Clients’ personal information will only be used for the purposes of providing our services.
  5. Subcontracting Web Magic Agency reserves the right to subcontract any part of the project to qualified third parties. The agency remains responsible for the quality and performance of the services provided by subcontractors.
  6. Warranties Web Magic Agency warrants that the services provided will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not guarantee specific results, and all services are provided “as is.”
  7. Indemnification Clients agree to indemnify and hold Web Magic Agency harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the use of our services or any breach of these terms by the client.
  8. Use of Client Name and Logo Web Magic Agency may use the client’s name and logo for promotional and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  9. Feedback and Reviews We value client feedback and encourage clients to provide reviews of our services. By submitting a review, clients grant Web Magic Agency the right to use and publish the review for promotional purposes.
  10. Entire Agreement These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Web Magic Agency and the client, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
